Wow!!!... What great news, Stephanie!!! :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :)
I'm so happy to hear you are doing well!

I don't know what implications low carb living has with pregnancy, especially in latter trimesters.
However, by using the tools you've learned here, you can keep the "baby fat" from getting away with your body.

The welfare of your baby key here. So exercise good judgement.
Just remember that carbs cause inflammation in our bodies.
And inflammation is at the center of many diseases... So be careful! :)

Tony

What you do today is what matters!

Happy happy anniversary! I'm glad to see you've overcome the scale obsession and are now concentrating on your health. If you stick to our guidelines the weight will make its way off your body over time. As you know some people like Katary, myself and Sherripie drip weight fast while others like Tony for example lose at a slower pace. Adding some form of activity to your daily routine will certainly be a plus for your health. Your FTS lifestyle is now your norm and going back to the old ways of eating are now behind you. Congratulations on losing 46 pounds!!  :o Here's what 50 pounds of sugar looks like!!
