Hope everyone is doing well. So many new names out there. Wishing you all the best. This has been my lifestyle for a while but like everyone,  I too fall off and get right back on. My weight loss as far as pounds has been on hold and that's ok. I feel the inches going bye bye so that makes me happy. Anywho, hugs to everyone. . Btw I moved from Miami. We bought a beautiful home in Port Saint Lucie. We love it.
Alex

Hi Tony,

Its been going well. I am hoping to come on more often now. I have mantained the weight that I have loss but have not reached my goal yet.. its very hard. as if I have to tell any of you.. :)  Im only 40lbs away, only is challenging..

Now that I am somewhat settled I will start exercising again.. That always helps me.

As for the move, I love it here in Port Saint Lucie.. So much calmer here.. Im just not a city girl, Im more of a small town country gal..

So anyways, you and alot of the people are looking good.. Keep it up.

hugs to all,

Alex

Hi alex -- I'm glad you are close to your goal, and I've heard that presents challenges as well.  It's still one day, one hour, one minute, one bite at a time....we can do it, I just have to stay on it.

Elizabeth

Hi, Alex! :)

I believe that many of us make our FTS journey challenging when it should be enjoyable.
That is because we become overly focused on weight loss and not on our improving health.

I can attest to this as one of our FTS family's all-time slowest losers.
But, by simply letting FTS "do its thing" in my life while I enjoyed the benefits,
before I knew it, the scale read what I wanted it to read.

So "enjoy the ride" and do not focus too much on the scale and "how many pounds left".
Instead, employ "FTS cruise control" (by staying the course) and enjoy life.
Now that you are living in a place you love, enjoying life will be that much easier.

You're going to do great!... Just choose to enjoy your journey. :)

Hi Alex,

I have been a member for a while and yes, up and down in weight - but, FTS is always in the background in my mind and is always encouraging me.  Stay the course and much love and prayers going out your way!
