As you can see Mouseissue, I figured out how to change my name. Thanks for the input.

Welcome my friend. You're going to see and love Doug's book! Simple but very true as we all can attest by our new health and weight transformations. 8)

Welcome dieter no longer I am Umpa,Dougs wife if I can help you please ask. :) The reason people are so successful on Fat to Skinny is we don't remove foods we replace them ,breaking the dieting cycle. There are no foods to add back in to make you gain weight cycle broken. ;) I don't know how to change your name but I will ask doug :)

Hi, NimexDoll! :)

Before FTS, I was a type II diabetic on medications.
I was also taking meds for high blood pressure and cholesterol issues.

But since FTS, my blood sugar is normal and I no longer need ANY medications! ;D ;D ;D
