since flour is no longer part of our lifestyle but you might have flour in the cupboard heres a recipe to help u use it up if u dont wanna throw it away  :)

1/4 cup salt
1/2 cup flour
1/2 tblsp. cream of tartar
1/2 tblsp. oil
1/2 cup water
food coloring

combine all ingredients in a saucepan.  Heat gently, stirring the entire time.  when the do has a good consistency take it off heat and cool.
I usually take it off heat when the do has started to pull from the sides and cool it on wax paper.
