I substitute almond for coconut flours often.
It's usually just as good, and has fewer carbs! ;)

She loved them! She never really liked flour pancakes, liked my buckwheat pancakes better, but now really liking low carb pancakes best.

Im always on the lookout for a good low carb pancake recipe but have yet to find a recipe I really like. With so many eggs to such a small amount if flour, do the coconut flour pancakes taste eggy?

Have you tried my 'downunder pancakes' not at all eggy and so easy to make?
