Susie's Chicken Sausage Stew

Threw this together while I took a break from decorating my house.
This was DELICIOUS!!!  Took picture before I cooked it. Devoured it before I could take after photo

26 carbs for entire recipe, serves 4, 6.5 net carbs per serving

4 FARMER JOHNŽ Hot Louisiana Brand Chicken Smoked Sausage 0
1/2 cup red onion 6
1 cup reduced sodium chicken broth 1
2 cups chopped cauliflower 5.6
1 cup brussel sprouts, cut in half 4.7
1 cup yellow squash 4.5
4 small baby carrots, diced 2
2 garlic cloves, minced 1.8
1 tsp oregano

Sauteed red onion in pan. When translucent, add vegetables and oregano. Blend gently. Top with sausage, cook on low flame just until brussel sprouts are tender. Stir occasionally, adding water as needed.

I found out that a Ketogenic Diet has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory qualities. I'd like to make a cookbook showing how it changed Mary's life. When she was in the artistic roller skating club, she built up muscles, but did not change her diet. She still needed her wheelchair for long walks. Now that she is eating low carb she can walk everywhere.
My cookbook would be a Ketogenic one. Will be high fat low carbohydrate with emphasis on healthy fats. This would be one very close to my heart.

Go for it, Susie!... You are certainly talented with recipes! :) :) :)

In fact, the ones you've posted on forum so far would be a big start. ;)
