Hi Morgan! We live on 1/4 acre too, no grass, just grass looking weeds, lol. Lots of wonderful young mulberry trees (yes, we eat the berries), dirt driveway, no garage, but we do have 2 storage sheds in the back. I love how nice an old cooking chimney looks outside. It's all made up of rock. Our living room & dining room are all knotty pine ceiling & walls. Chimney & fireplace are rock too. It's a 2 bedroom shotgun style home. You have to walk through a bedroom to get to the bathroom & laundry room. Although it's falling apart, I'm just so blessed to be living in a house.
