Corn starch is 14 carbs a tablespoon.

I ordered some glucoman powder from the miracle noodle site. I have yet to use it tho.

I dont know what to use the glucoman powder in honestly lol......mebbe I can use the miracle noodles and make chicken and noodles with it. I have made katary's bread and I buggered the whole thing up. It was vile. Im not sure what I am doing wrong.....
