How disappointing  Susie.  I have some balsamic that is high in carbs, but if only using a tiny bit (which is all I need), carb count is acceptable.  Same as my favourite soy sauce (which I only use occasionally) is 3c/15ml - not quite a tablespoon, but acceptable when making stirfry when most of ingredients are low low carb.

I do have 2 bottles of this delicious vinegar from Gengstenberg, called "Altmeiser seasoned vinegar". It has 0 carbs per tablespoon, so naturally I used 2 tablespoons in my salad. ;)
It's from the food bank.

You can make your own flavored oils and vinegars  that way you know exactly what is in them ;)

True, I just go with flow & get most items from sales and from food banks. That helps keep food supply up.
