Shark Cartilage & MSM = working for shoulder pain

I've been dealing with shoulder pain for over 6 months now and was about to get a 2nd opinion when a friend gave me some Shark Cartilage pills to try.  Within 2 days I noticed a huge difference in the level of pain and ability to move the joints.  I've been taking MSM mostly for my hair but since others have recommended the Glucosamine Chondrotin with MSM - I just increased the MSM until I run out of the Shark Cartilage.  I've been able to start doing some resistance band work to slowly start stretching those shoulder/arm/back muscles that have been ignored for a while and I'm happy to say I'm virtually pain free.  Soon I'm hoping I'll be able to sleep again on my right side!  Happy Easter!!!!

Yay, so glad that's working for you.  I have used it in the past but I have shellfish allergy so am not able to use it without hives....bleah.  FTS WOE does help a lot with shoulder/joint pain for me though...still wish I could use the shark and glucosamine stuff though.

The MSM will work for you Elizabeth,its like WD40 for the joints
