Breakfasts in book

Hi Umpa,
As you know, I'm just starting and I was going back to the book to look for recipes.
I just wonder (for the newbies like me) if there is somewhere in the forum that shows us the total carbs in the breakfast (and other meals) that Doug suggests/offers in the book?
As usual, I'm probably missing it somewhere but thought I'd throw it out there!

There are no carb totals in the books because Doug wants us to learn to figure them out for ourselves...
