I love comfort food, especially on a cool evening. Last night I made this lovely dinner full of good old down home flavor. I hope you enjoy!
Low Carb Salisbury Steak n' Taters
Ingredients
1 pound ground beef 80/20
1 jar Heinz beef gravy
1/2 small onion sliced
1 teaspoon butter
2 teaspoons Montreal steak seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
fresh chopped parsley
Directions
1- Place the ground beef and the Montreal steak seasoning in a bowl and mix well, form 2 patties
2- Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat and brown the patties, then add the onion and cook till wilted
3- Pour in the gravy and bring to a soft boil, reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes, let rest 5 minutes.
4- Serve with caulimash and green beans sprinkled with parsley.
