FAT TO SKINNY Low Carb Pizza!
INGREDIENTS
1 lite lavash available from
http://samisbakery.com/ 2-3 tablespoons pesto
3-4 tablespoons stewed tomatoes
¾ teaspoon italian seasoning
½ packet stevia
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
1 cup mozzarella cheese
¼ cup cooked, chopped chicken breast
¼ cup chopped ham
¼ cup sliced pepperoni
¼ cup sliced onion
Preheat oven to 400 degrees with pizza stone on the center rack. Place your lite lavash bread on a pizza shovel. Spread 2-3 tablespoons of pesto covered with 3-4 tablespoons of drained chopped stewed tomatoes. Sprinkle the tomatoes with ½ packet of stevia and ¾ teaspoon dried Italian seasoning. Add red pepper flakes if you desire heat. Cover the pie with shredded mozzarella cheese or slices of fresh mozzarella cheese if desired. Add chopped ham, chicken, and pepperoni finishing with a sprinkle of onion slivers. Slip into the oven and bake for ten minutes.
