Do Diabetics lose weight Faster on F2S.

That is a good question,i don't know i will ask doug.What I do know is that for the first time in their lives they get control of their health and with that victory it inspires them to do more.People that have type two diabetes have eaten themselves into it.Type one different story.Type two have brought it on themselves.So they have the power to reverse it.Doctors will tell you that people have no self control so they need insulin(type 2 people),i say people just have to find their motivation.The human body is an amazing machine.

the older you get the faster it goes. the more difficulty also you have with change. and yeah, that is personal experience

I noticed my BG is going up.....I am having 2 to 12 carbs a day. Is this normal for the first couple weeks? Ideas??

Tell us what you're eating. Your sugars should be way down. Something may be sneaking in on you.
