More Energy!!

I ran a 5k last night and have been doing the low carb eating plan since Tuesday. I was pleasantly surprised at how good I felt running! I had ran a good time for me, considering I haven't ran one since January. They always tell runners they need to "carb "load before long races. I am going to start training for my 10th half marathon soon and I am anxious to see the positive outcomes of this new life style of eating.

That just goes to show you how smart "they" are :) Scott Johnson, one of our moderators lost 80 pounds a couple of years ago and started running again. He runs long long Marathons eating the FTS lifestyle :)

Runninghappy Thats actually not true.Carbs burn fast protein and fats burn slow :)
