Just letting y'all know...after struggling for so long, it's finally starting to pay off! Went from 212 to 195!  FINALLY in Onederland...!! Where I belong, lol...and I'm never ever going back to that old lifestyle again.

Patience and persistence pays off when met with challenges.

It sure would be nice if we could just set the amount of weight to lose, the time to lose it, and let things roll. But sadly, it just doesn't work like that.

But, the FTS lifestyle is the next best thing to it.
We get to eat very, very well. And if we stick with it, we lose our excess weight.
