Week 6-Inches be gone!

Week six and 13 lbs down! Lots of inches gone including where I wanted them to go away.lol I've been eating miracle brownies all week, too. lol  I found when I eat more salads I also tend to loose better. Go figure. lol

MSM and mega vitamins are also helping...thanks for the recommend Umpa...skin has cleared up since I started taking it too...funny skin condition/rash is gone!

I feel so good!

IzzeT, can you please tell me more about the rash.  My Doug gets one really bad on his arms when he goes out in the sun.  Dermatologist did not help at all.  He would try anything I'm sure, it drives him nuts!  We have taken MSM in the past (pre rash days) and quit for some reason but it would be worth trying to see if it helps.

Explain the rash? I know that diabetics dont slough off surface bacteria like other people do and that can cause rather annoying rashes. Heat rashes can be a problem as well. Tty washing the rash with dial soap.

It kind of sounds like something my husband gets.  He gets hives when he's out in the heat and then gets in the cool.  Drs told him he was allergic to his own sweat.  Mine might have been viral, bacterial or yeast...it was all over me blotchy red and/or round red then some turned light brown for months-dry and itchy around edges too. Nothing worked...antifungal or hydrocortizone, psorisis, etc.  within one week of taking the MSM it is gone! I am taking 5000 mg a day.

I get a rash on my left arm from sun exposure in the car and make sure I use a high number sunscreen and wash with tea tree oil liquid cleanser and use a moisturizer at night.  Spray with benadryl for itch.

I am so happy for you Izzet!!!! I gotta tell you the MSM also works for thrush.My father in law gets it.
