Hi Beebers...other than OD'ing on hot dogs your meals look OK. I want you to remember that protein and fats fill you up and last for much longer than many other low carb foods like spinach bread and low carb nut based cakes. I know you want to break this plateau your on so try my dear to stay away from those foods and stick to heavy zero carb protein like beef, fish, turkey and chicken. Eat your share of greens like cabbage, collards, broccoli and green beans. Add tofu into the mix with macafony, also eat your cauliflower. For fats cube up some of your favorite cheeses and pop one or two, (not 20) in your mouth when you get the urge, within 5-10 minutes the hunger will settle. String cheese is always a good thing to keep around...it's fun to play with as you eat it  ;D. Keep your candy and nuts to a minimum until the scale starts to move.
