I cannot believe I read this story today;
I walked 10k yesterday actually twice this week as I always do, and yet I still loose nothing.  Instead I gained 15 pounds this past 18 months.  I have kept a food diary,  and it tells me that I binge on food high sugar high carb foods.
My friend that I walk with told me I just need to set out on a new way of eating,  easier said then done for me I need guidance and a plan and just can't seem to find it.
I was never our 125 pounds all my life until age 40 now I am at an amazing 170 pounds at the age of 48! I need to get rid of this weight and feel good about myself.  I am not scared of exercise I do some form everyday.  My eating needs to change and this book could be my answer.
