Hi, my name is Lindsayand I'm 30 years old.  I read your article in the Niagara Falls Review.
I need to lose weight because I am 80lbs overweight and diabetes runs in my family as well as heart problems.  I also have poor self esteem and find it really hard to date due to my own insecurities.  I have tried almost every diet known to man from prescription pills to shakes and bars to south beach to atkins and I always seem to fall off the wagon.  I am willing to give it one more go before I give up and accept my fate as a crazy overweight cat lady lol.
