Dear Sir,



I read the attached with great interest as I am a short, fat, balding, white guy who is about to hit 59 years this August 11th,



Always overweight I have tried and succeeded losing and gaining weight for my entire life. Today July 5, 2010 my wife and I are celebrating 30th anniversary. For our honeymoon we travelled to Alyson’s cousins wedding in New Brunswick in our own plane.



At that time I was 200 lbs. and regularly exercising. My aviation medical was not a problem then.



After adopting 2 boys running a business, primary care giver to our eldest son until his death 3 years ago from Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy and becoming type II diabetic my weight has ballooned to 300 lbs. with my heart losing 50 % capacity in the past year. I could use some help.



My wife has just retired after 39 years of teaching so it is time for me to get as healthy as possible.
