Texas Hash

1-1/2 lb hamburger meat cooked & drained 0-carbs
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1 cup cauli rice 3-carbs
1/2 cup salsa  3 1/2 -carbs
1/2 cup marinara sauce 3-carbs
shredded cheese 0-carbs

Cook meat & drain add chilli powder,salsa, & marinara stir for a few min.
Preheat oven for 375 put in cassarole dish covered with foil cook for about 15-20 minutes ,take out stir in cauli rice sprinkle chese on top put back in oven (leave foil off ) till cheese melts not more then 10 miniutes so the rice doesnt get mushy .
 I made this with my cornbread & it was so good .
I cooked in a 9x9 cassorole dish total carbs 9 1/2 you do the servings if you only get 2 servings I counted it as 5 carbs . 4 servings 2 1/2
