Ingredients
1 ˝ cups unsalted butter
75 drops FAT TO SKINNY Zero Sweetener
6 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
6 cups “NOW” brand unblanched almond flour (do not pack into cups, loosely pour)
1 cup golden flax flour to firm up dough
˝ teaspoon salt
4 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 cup chopped walnuts
Makes 2 loaves
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Grease 2 loaf pans.
3. In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter and sweetener.
4. Add eggs one at a time while beating and beat until fluffy.
5. Stir in the vanilla extracts.
6. In a separate bowl mix the flour, walnuts, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
7. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix well.
8. Spoon into 2 loaf pans.
9. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
10. Cool in loaf pans on rack for 30 minutes the invert loaf pans to remove loaves
11. Cool loaves on rack until completely cool then store in the fridge.
