So, tonight we went to someone's house for a cook out. There were some people there who were asking me about what I eat and what a "typical" day's meals would be for me. I said, "Which day? Every day is different because I eat such a HUGE variety of foods." They think I have to eat the same thing every day? ha ha
The other thing was that there was a dessert there that people commented about. They said, "Oh, too bad you won't know how good this is!" I asked how it was made, and told them, "Oh, yes I can eat that. All I have to do is trade the poison for natural products that are healthy and I can eat the same thing!"  neener neener neener..... yay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

yup donna,people always seem to dismiss what we are doing as "extreme" or "self-depriving" , i cant figure it out.... why wouldnt everyone want to do it? some people i have just given up on trying to convince:( "oh i couldnt live without this or that" well NEWSFLASH>>>>>>>>>>>> keep doing what youre doing,& keep telling yourself " i have got to lose weight,or i'll DIE" and see how that works out for ya!!!!! NOT GOOD:(    but sometimes my head gets sore from banging it against the wall.....so carry on:(
