FOURTH OF JULY BLACKBERRY ICE CREAM *NO MACHINE NEEDED*

Blackberry Ice Cream*No Machine Needed*

Ingredients

•   1 ½ frozen blackberries
•   1/3 cup xylitol
•   2 cups heavy whipping cream, very cold
•   2 tablespoons lemon juice
Directions
If using fresh blackberries place on a cookie sheet and freeze until solid. In a food processor combine whipping cream, xylitol, lemon juice, and frozen berries. Blend until smooth , until all chunks of fruit are gone.
Put in a quart plastic container with lid and freeze until firm.

You will love this one! Its out of The Bakery Book.I actually have a blackberry crumble coffee cake to go with it. ;)

Mmmm - Umpa how many blackberries?  Will it work as well with strawberries?  How much zero would I use in place of the other sweetener or can I do that?????  Hugs - Kim

1 1/2 cups cups Blackberries and 16 drops of Zero (taste though because I dont like sickening sweet).I havent tried strawberries :).They have alot more water in them though.
