Thanks Doug, I'm trying not to obsess over it, but you have to admit this is a SERIOUS change in lifestyle for us when we start out and when I read things like yesterday's post
I lost 35 lbs and my wife lost 17 lbs in 3 weeks
well, its hard not to lose focus.
So, the nightly drink or two should go, correct? AND even though my plate had about 4 slices of beef, a blob of cauli mash (unmeasured!), and some zucchini and some broccoli, I probably should be more careful about the portions? I just get even more frustrated by measuring stuff out and ending up with cold food!
Ok, I'm done complaining.
That son of a (*$)%) scale is NOT getting a new battery for two weeks and I'm going to be on that damn treadmill EVERY morning because I actually LIKE it!
