This is the first time I can honestly say...NO....Not even once....I DO NOT put any sugar in me or tease myself with anything that use to set me off...I dont use breads of any kind other then Flaxseed muffins..(Its actually a recipe of Atkins called MIMs)...and in 6 months I might have had 3 low-carb wraps...I use lettuce leaves for wraps....I dont eat sugar free candy and would never dream of drinking a regular soda...I try to still stick to 20 carbs a day and actually its hard to get to 20 some days...I try never to skip meals simply because I did that most of my life while dieting...And now love losing weight/inches actually eating this time...Every night I go to bed feeling good about what I have achived and know..Today I Did GREAT! And then I start all over again the next day....Positive!!!...And some weeks I'm just blown away with how my body is shrinking...I found my miracle....Fat to Skinny by our Dear Friend Doug...

i wouldnt say i ever fell off the wagon...i've jumped off a few times on my own... knowing going in that it wasnt a good idea to do what i did:( but it wasnt with food:) it was with beer:) in saying that i planned ahead and had 0 carbs of food that day & i also put extra exercise into my day of  & day after....it always works out ( i've done it several times)
