Instead of Cream of Mushroom Soup you could maybe sub. with Mushroom Alfredo Sauce.  I haven't fount Bertolli yet, but Classico has Mushroom Alfredo Sauce, 1 net carb per 1/4 cup.  Hope that helps.

Thankfully I have never liked stuffing.  Never liked the way it made me feel after I ate it.  Now the home made yeast rolls I always made, that 's a different story.  Good thing I LOVE turkey!

I ordered it yesterday. I'll let you know if I wasted my money or not after we try it.

I am so pumped for thanksgiving this year  ;D can't wait to introduce everyone to cauli potatoes and now I get to serve pb pie.  will be different without corn this year or stuffing but, I am ready to say good - bye to them thanksgiving traditions.  have u posted anywhere Umpa or Doug a pumpking pie recipe?  Usually, I have between 30 - 40 people over for dinner so I'm pretty psyched to introduce a whole lotta people to a new way of eating.

also ? for u with me having so many that come for dinner I used to make potatoes etc ahead of time and keep them warm in crock pots and wondering if u think cauli potatoes will hold up well or if they would become extremely runny?  or maybe to thicken them a little if adding a bit of soy flour would keep them at a consistency?  not sure just looking for help with that :-\ ???

I can't seem to find the thread with the cornbread stuffing recipe.  Could someone please point me in the right direction?
