Hey Gurlfriend..The only bread products I eat are GGBrans and Flaxseed...Hows about a muffin..(flavored) or roll for hambugers using Flaxseed?...Hmmmmm?...

I use flaxseed meal for sweets.What i like for bread is to mix soy protien powder(which is a zero) with my flour to cut the carbs in half .It works with soy and almond.Haven't tried with the flaxseed but i will.I just bought golden flaxseed which has a different consisitency than regular flaxseed meal.I will try it with that and get back to you.Grandson is leaving wednsday so it will free me back up for bread baking.I make a romano bread for him that he loves and i use flaxseed for that.I make it in mini loaf pans.Have you tried any of my bread recipes on the forum doreen?Like the spinach bread?

My bread totally sucks. Sigh. I cant get my mum to help me and I always screw up the bread.....didnt I mention the turd rolls I made? Supposed to be breadsticks....Evil flaxseed...

Beebs my little puppy loves turd rolls  Especially if they are made by the kitty, yuck. We call em kitty truffles lol.

Cat food is rich in protein and so the dogs will eat it anyway they can....It's obviously not good for them..

Look forward to it Gurlfriend ...No I havent made any bread, kinda just dont want to get back into breads no matter what carb it is..I do fine without it but I do love flaxseed and thats what I use..the golden...I'm not a creative cook so Im really looking forward to this..I already use unsweeten cocoa....Pumpkin spice....artificial flavorings..(cherry, coconut, vanilla)....Looking forward to a change...Whenever you can Umpa...No rush..Have a blast the next few days with your grandbaby...
