Good morning. Today we have all started a healthier way of eating.. I know that we should go cold turkey but I know my family and how to make it work..
So I woke up earlier and made scramble eggs for everyone.
Made everyones lunches with low carb tortillas and counted the slices per servicing for my daughter and I.
My hubby who works outside in intense physical work got more..
Cheese snack with some salami slices
crystal lite all around..
I know that the goal is to make it to 20 carbs and under but, I feel like I started them pretty good.
For dinner, I have shrimp marinating for skewers. The Veggies have been cut up and washed so it will be easier when I get home..
