I was reading an article in an education magazine called Edutopia about the importance of eating carbohydrates. I was appalled, so I sent a link to the article to Doug. He and I both have commented on the bottom of the page and I'd invite you guys to do the same. The article is almost humorous to me. What do you think?

and everyone wants to know why we have a whole generation of FAT kids!!!....of course the ridiculously fast-paced lifestyle of "families" doesn't help. I wonder what percentage of families actually sit down to dinner together like most did when I was growing up??? Now it is drive-thru high fat, high sugar garbage.
