Jo...Flaxseed meal!!

These are really not bad.

2 Eggs (or 1/2 C eggbeaters)
3 Tbsp Flax meal
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp vanilla
artificial sweetener (a bit)
cinnamon (opt)

I doubled and it made at least 8 good sized pancakes.

I think most flax seed products zero out because of the high fiber content. Check the package when you go to the store or look some up online.

Well, other than me overcooking one... I was able to make two nice sized pancakes and they were scrumptious! Another FTS success! ;D
