OMG..... I accidentally discovered this! I had a moment of creativity and it's so good, but I'm not 100% sure of the amounts of some of the ingredients.

Start by melting 4 squares of baker's chocolate. Add about 3/4 cup of xylitol and about 3/4 cup of heavy cream. Drop in about 2 - 3 T of Walden Farm SF marshmallow cream and 2 - 3 T of peanut butter (beanit or low carb regular). Stir well and then add as much Smaps cereal as you'd like to have for the consistency you want. Pour the mixture into the container you want to store this in and refrigerate. I put unsweetened coconut on the top, too!

OH MY GOSHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

Sounds delicious and safe in proper quantities...the Smaps bring more carbs to the table than any other ingredient...yummy recipe :)

I was trying to think about the carbs....
Smaps have 2 carbs per 1/4 cup. I used about 2 cups for the entire recipe, so 8 carbs for the whole thing. It must be at least 20 servings.
marshamallow creme: 0 carbs, xylitol 0 carbs, pb varies based on what you use. I used one that is 4 carbs per 2 T. heavy cream 0, unsweetened coconut? I will have to check the package when I get home, but I barely used any, just dusted the top with it. Unsweetened baker's chocolate - 4 squares .... May be 1 carb per square?

This is more like a Gary response  ;D but I was thinking you could use pork rinds instead of the cereal. It sure sounds good, marshmallow treats yum!

I tried to make this and my Smaps ended up soggy & gross.  How did you keep them crispy?
