Author Topic: How are Weight Watchers Members losing when they eat lots of sugar and carbs ?  (Read 2161 times)

Yes, I have been on WW numerous times throughout 39 years and I have lost weight -- but I gained it back and then some -- because it was not a life-style change.  Since I have reduced my sugar and carbs count drastically each day on the FTS program (and from my old "life-style of eating"), I'm wondering how the WW members are losing weight since they take in sugar each day from fruits, vegetables, etc. plus they can have breads, potatoes, pasta, etc. ???

Oh they'll lose some weight if from nothing more than controlled and reduced food portions BUT the body will reach a point where the weight loss will stop.

Yes, and then they will gain it back again.  I became a lifetime member of Weight Watchers back in the late 1970's.  So much for that!!
