Hi i was raised in Mexico so therefore LOVE!!!! corn tortillas is there any way i can eat low carb corn tortillas????? I do eat la tortilla factori  low carb tortillas but feel like i need my corn tortilla....

Hi Maria, welcome to the family :) Did you notice the FAT TO SKINNY book is now available n Spanish? Please spread the word in your community and on any Spanish speaking social web sites you may belong too...The link to the Spanish version is above this topic.

The Spanish community has a sugar loaded diet as you know, tortillas, beans, corn, rice are hurting the people disguised as healthy food. Remember the reason you miss your corn tortillas is a stated.... you were raised on them, it's habit, taste and addiction that keeps you wanting them again. As you create new habits those cravings WILL go away.....

Nothing tastes as good as wearing your skinny jeans!  8)

i will and i am my parent moved to Mexico 1 yr ago and i talk to then 3 days agoand they were very exited they are going to  downlow the Spanish book
