When I was at my doctor's a few weeks back, he reminded my to keep DRINKING LOTS OF WATER (8+ glass per day) in order to achieve optimal
weight loss and to maintain my skin's elasticity during
weight loss. Coffee, tea, milk, soda pop, and other drinks DO NOT count.
Drinking enough water should eliminate the possibility of having loose flab after losing weight.
He said the vast majority of people are at least mildly dehydrated every day!
Dehydration is VERY bad for our bodies in many ways.
Proper hydration allows our bodies to effectively flush out toxins and carry out other functions necessary for our health.
After having a bout with kidney stones 12 years ago, I have been drinking between 8 - 12 tall glasses of water each day. Since then, not one more kidney stone problem! I also have not experienced any problems with dry skin.
