I hope everyone had a great weekend. I did fairly well though I did have a couple of mishaps. I am paying the price today. I feel the grogginess from the carbs/sugar but I am on a roll again.
I haven't been on as much due to the business schedule but always thinking of everyone and hoping the best for everyone..

Hi Alex, had a great weekend...sorry to hear you strayed but as you say you notice the sugar effects. Glad your back on track :)
