Scott in Florida - 1 week

First week results - 8.4 pounds of ugly fat gone.  I know the first week usually sees disproportionately high losses, and that's fine.  The next few decades are where the real rewards are.

dude that's great:) keep with the FTS program and before you know it you'll be a skinny guy... hey  i used to squeeze my FATA@* into a size 44" waist pair of jeans>>> last weekend i went shopping at macy's with my wife and tried on some jeans just to see where i was.....elated to say that the 34" waist was loose on me:) just stay focused & you'll be a new man sooner then later:)

That's wonderful Scott.  I lost about the same my first week and just think...men loose faster than women usually so you just stick to it and it will keep coming off.

way to go scott!  enjoy the pepperoni, just make sure you get it crunchy!  haven't tried it with cheese yet. will have to try that next time I buys some.
