I have tried so many other wieght loss plans, but since I started having thyroid issues I just couldn't keep the weight off. I tried going low fat. Everything I ate was fat free, low fat or low calorie, but my sugar cravings were so bad I'd break down and eat sugar. I would crave cans of frosting and I could eat a whole can in one sitting.
Diabetes runs in my family and I knew I had to find something, but I just couldn't seem to beat the sugar. I had noticed a friend had lost a lot of weight so I asked her what she was doing. She told me it may sound silly, but she read the book FTS and if she could do it anyone could.
I bought the book read it in two days and started my new way of living the next day. In three weeks I have lost 12lbs and my awful sugar cravings are gone. I don't feel like I'm starving and I haven't even added any exercise in yet. The future is looking much brighter!!
