Not looking for any feedback or cudos...just updating that I'm down to a size 10...I just couldn't believe it.  Went through all my clothes and NOTHING fit even my 12s so took 2 trash bags full of larger sizes to Goodwill and tried on some 10s and they fit!!!!!  Still a large top...I have bat wings which makes it difficult to find shirts that fit them and me but have lost an inch on them, at least. lol  I wonder if I could fly with those now that I'm lighter??? lol

Congrats! I am a size 8-10 (depending on the brand) and I find it effortless to maintain.

5'3 But I don't like getting smaller than a 8-10 because I have a 42 inch chest so when I get smaller it makes my chest look larger.I never loose in my chest.

I'm 5'4" and was thinking I wanted to get into a size 10.  My size 12's are getting a little loose, but I'm not quite into a 10 yet.  I don't think I will have to get down to 135 to wear a 10 though, I may be changing my goal weight.  I guess in my early 50's I carry my weight different than I did in my 20's & 30's.  I've never had a desire to be a size 2, so being a comfortable size 10 would be good.

You have to pick a weight you can maintain, for me its a size 8-10 and I NEVER buy a larger size .If my pants get tight I just get back under 20 carbs a day until they loosen back up.I am 46 and i can maintain an 8-10 with no effort.Of course the Fat to Skinny lifestyle gets all the credit, if i eat sugar now i get so sick I can't stand it! :D :D
