You know what else is fun. They make these tiny pepperoni's that you buy in a little pouch. Sometimes I'm hungry and need a snack but nothing big. I just grab a handful in the afternoon and go about my day. They are carb free and chewie and just give me the sense of getting something special.

I agree with the Turkey pepperoni, and it's so yummy crisped up in the microwave between some paper towels!

Those little pepperoni are great on the go! I buy those add alittle chees and I am full!

this is my first week without sugar alcohol and next week will be two weeks. will it hurt me too bad if one day next week i make a berry berrylicious cheesecake or strawberry mousse.

KeKe you get 20 carbs aday you can spend them how you like.If you make a cheesecake,freeze it in individual pieces so while you are detoxing you are not tempted to eat the whole thing.You don't want to have to start over.The strawberry mousse is a good choice.Or just plain sugarfree jello with whipped cream.
