I have been doing FTS for 2 weeks, fell off the wagon one day, but I am back on and have a few questions:

How often am I allowed to have the items listed above?
How much whipped cream is allowed?
Can I have sugar free/decaf coffe each morning?

I am totally loving FTS.  My cravings are completely gone, and I was so bummed that I cheated at the fair because the old foods that I would LOVE didn't even taste good.  I was addicted to Coke, and when I had a sip, it just tasted terrible.  Here's to loosing lots of weight  :)

Hi Becky, welcome to the family :) The coolest part of FTS is you can spend your carbs any way you wish so the word allowed doesn't really fit. What I mean by that is lets say the whip cream you're using is 1 gram per 2 tablespoons, if you wanted to eat 20 grams worth (40 tablespoons) and no other carbs for the day that's your choice :)

Enjoy your coffee, count as 1 gram per cup.

I meant to ask how many servings of "0 carb" items can we have in a day (Coke Zero, Crystal Lite, and so on)?  I don't know how to count these.

Thanks for your previous reply  :)

Stay within portion sizes for food items, the items listed above should be kept to a couple per day each. If weight loss stalls cut back on the sugar alcohol sweetened products such as listed above till it starts again.

I am LOVING the Redi whip on my sugar free jello & pudding!  It's really a tasty treat!  I've made it 2 weeks & 2 days now, and I don't feel like I've missed out on anything!

Welcome Becky! I have a Caramel Sugar Free Jello Mousse every night loaded with Land-o-lakes carb free whipped cream, I have my diet pepsi every day and have lost 99 pounds. FTS is a lifestyle not a diet, so just save yourself some extra carbs and you can eat what you like with them.

What is Jello Mousse? Is it premade or packaged?

Pre-packaged.  I haven't tried them yet, but they look good:

It's decadent with a squirt of redi-whip on top!
