xylitol conversion
« on: September 26, 2010, 04:56:40 AM »
What is the conversion from Splenda to xylitol in a recipe?  I've been experimenting with Splenda and I'm not too crazy about the chemical taste.

Splenda has carbs for one xylitol is about half of what you would use in regular sugar.

definitely lose the Splenda and switch to Xylitol, use 50% that of sugar, cut back from there to find your preference.
