Shrimp Quesadilla

This is a quick and easy meal that I enjoy.  First you will need a La Tortilla, I place it on a paper towel and sprinkle it generously with shredded Mexican Cheese.  I buy bags of frozen Shrimp with the tail on at Walmart for 5$ a bag.  Take out 13 shrimp (medium to large) place on a plate and microwave for 2 minutes.  Take out of microwave and remove the tails and rinse.  Arrange them together on the plate and sprinkle with Mrs.Dash Chicken Grillin seasoning, then spray with Butter Pam and microwave for another minute.  Lastly place tortilla with cheese on paper towel in Microwave for 45 seconds and take out and place shrimp on top and roll up and eat.  It is delicious! Shrimp Quesadilla.

Sound yummy, I make one with salmon, cream cheese, pepper jack, and chipotle tabasco that I copied from a vendor in Anchorage Alaska.  Don't really have a recipe for it, just adjust ingredients per serving and to taste.  Love the simple stuff, thanks for sharing.

Can be this made in and oven ?

Skillet is the easiest,it just gets toasted to melt the cheese.I have seen recipes where they use a microwave
