49 pounds in 15 weeks!

I am so happy with my results and and on my way to my goal of losing 100 lbs!  My goal was to lose 100 lbs in the next 18 months and it looks like I will reach that goal much sooner.  I share this book with all of my friends and loved ones.  Thanks so much for putting this material in mainstream media!

Thanks umpa.  I am also off of my BP meds and feel great!!!   See my physician next month and cannot wait to see her total suprise!

congrats too you and ur lost(weight lost that is). u know this is the only time you can tell someone congrats on ur lost and not be inconsiderate.

We also have another friend that tkbrown "recruited" before me.  That friend is down 25-30 lbs!  tkbrown is a very kindhearted gentleman who inspires people!
