Hey guys Notice the ticker !!!!!!! I am doing it the right way this time . I have been coming to the forum everyday since I posted that I was not strong enough . I will never give up because I know how much better I feel .
What I did this time is eat simple Got all my carbs from veggies , stayed away from processed meat and SF candies . I have with theloss of 8.2 lbs also lost 10 1/2 inch's . Reading this forum and seeing how everyone helps you get through the rough spots is a real motivation. I think that most of my cravings have gone .
Another think that I will do is not focus on the scale if I do not lose next weigh in then I will just stick to the correct way of eating & as Doug says stay the course . I made the Macfoney & cheese the correct way & really liked it & my new fav is cauli mashed potatoes . I made the pumpkin pie also very good ! Just wanted to say THANKS GUYS ! I am sure there or alot of people reading this forum everyday as a silent person as I was, gathering up the strength to get on with the FTS life . The whole forum may never know how many lives they change & I want to be one of those people .
I found this in a book I read "sugar is the poor man's cocain, and flour is equivalent of smack" and it is very true . My advice to people like me that give up because the weight stalled or slowed down Don't Do IT !!!! I repeat Doug's " Just stay the course ,just stay the course '
