Well after 5 weeks I lost 1.4 Lbs & 2 1/2 more inchs . I changed my ticker to show my lost from the  first ime I started in Aug. It makes me feel better  ;D ;D Maybe I broke thru a fat wall LOL.

 So in all I have lost almost 17 Lbs & 22 1/2 inchs since Aug. 4th  ,nothing I have ever done before plus the added benfit is

   NO MORE ADDICTION !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Way to Go Jo (High 5)!!!! You HAVE broken through!!! That's more than 5 pounds a month (60+ pounds in a year). Your inch loss is terrific! Great reward for your effort and commitment.
