Cauli rice

 I do not have a attachment in my food processer how can I make the rice ? Also can I make a bunch & then frezze it ? carb count for 1 cup would be ?

Doug is gonna answer you because I have never made it.My favorite cauli rice he makes ginger stir fried rice ask him for that. ;D

You can probally use a tabletop box grater, the kind pictured below using the side pictured, just watch the fingers  :o  3 net carbs per cup. not sure how well it will work after freezing...I like a bit of al dante' to mine.

 I like my rice like that also ,I got one of those I will try it tommorrow the mashed calui is my new favorite veggie .

It doesnt plug in or anything. Like a manual can opener so it's fairly safe. ;D

My Cauli rice was good of course the OTHER people in the house said it does not taste like rice . I said "well it is the only rice in the house like it or lump it baby  ".
