Vacation in the Keys

Hello Doug and Umpa,
We will begin our drive to Key West on Nov. 5th for some fun and sun.  We were in Key West 12 years ago and did the typical tourist things.  Any recommendations on what we must do or see while traveling through the Keys that most people are not aware of?

Yes, here's what Sherri and I enjoy in the keys;

Sunsets sunrises walks on the beach, a dip in the ocean and coconuts at arms reach
A dive below or a snorkel above, feeding the gulls with the girl that I love
Hand feeding a Tarpon or catching some fish, blackened fillets on a tropical dish
Tickle a Blowfish, go boating with a friend who wishes his vacation would never end
Watching the Pelicans dive into the sea, just knowing this is a great place to be

Maybe, like the fish, we're all just scared and not really overweight (Hmm something to ponder).
