Xilitol or Stevia?

Which one tastes better?  Or which one is better for your health?

Xilitol should be your first choice. It's made from 100% birchwood and tastes great.

I use both.It a personal taste thing.Both are all natural and good for you.I keep a stevia plant on my porch and cook with it.I also like it in my coffee.When i bake or make breads I like xylitol because its cheaper for the larger quanities you need.Does that answer your question?

No aftertaste.It also has the look and feel of sugar.Taste as you use it,it is very sweet! :)
